1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "3c444", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the website located at 3c444.vip and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any natural person who accesses, registers with, or uses the 3c444 platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the 3c444 platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

You warrant that all information provided at registration and during any subsequent KYC process is truthful and up to date.

4.2 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one 3c444 Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where 3c444 identifies duplicate Accounts, all associated Accounts will be permanently closed and any Balance held within them may be forfeited without notice.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 3c444 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify 3c444 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. 3c444 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's failure to secure their login credentials.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3c444 may require identity verification at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a material change to Account details. Acceptable documentation includes a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

3c444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, MCB bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard where available. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. 3c444 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your Account and that is registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed within 2–24 hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers, subject to successful KYC verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• A minimum of one deposit and one completed Wager is required before a withdrawal request will be processed.
• Where a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• 3c444 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal exceeding Rs 50,000.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 3c444 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant Accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

3c444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed Account registration and any applicable KYC verification.
• Each bonus promotion specifies a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This multiplier must be applied to the bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit amount — before any winnings generated from Bonus Funds become withdrawable as real money.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not used within the expiry period will be removed from the Account without notice.
• 3c444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or disqualify a Player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, or collusion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Claiming a welcome bonus through multiple Accounts constitutes fraud and will result in Account closure.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

7.2 Game Outcomes

In-play Wagers are accepted up until the moment the relevant market is suspended. 3c444 reserves the right to void Wagers placed after an event's result has become public knowledge due to data feed errors or latency.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3c444 platform and will result in Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of Balance where applicable:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or support interaction.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place Wagers or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud 3c444 or other Players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in games for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use 3c444 for any purpose connected to financial crime.

9 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without the prior written consent of 3c444.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3c444's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

3c444 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Players. As part of this commitment, the platform provides the following player protection tools, all accessible from your Account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Restrict total losses over a defined period. Once set, loss limits cannot be increased for 7 days.
• Session Time Limits: Receive on-screen notifications when your session reaches a duration you define.

14 Amendments to These Terms

3c444 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the 3c444 website at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, 3c444 may implement amendments with shorter or no prior notice. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
